Indivd is a start-up tech company that provides a patented software that helps retailers, malls and cities collect more data about their visitors. The task was to create a new brand identity.
PROBLEM STATEMENT
The product is close connected to surveillance and face recognition and the knowledge if this new technology is low which causes the public to feel negatively towards it. This prevents companies to purchase Indivds products.
INSIGHT
- To gain acceptance you need knowledge.
- Learning is a social process.
SOLUTION
Make Indivd more pedagogical for the public.
